Our Mission
At A Happy Hero Foundation, we believe that heroism isn't about superpowers or saving the world in a single bound. It's about showing up for yourself and others, embracing resilience, and finding joy in the journey. We're creating a movement where resources, education, and community come together to empower individuals to overcome challenges—be it illness, addiction, or life's curveballs—with a smile and a support system.

Nanette Meneses
In the world of business and philanthropy, few stories resonate with you and I as deeply as that of Nanette Meneses. With her roots firmly planted in the rich soil of resilience—born to Cuban exiles who arrived in Miami, Florida, with little more than hope and determination—Nanette embraced the rights and benefits of America, and has crafted a legacy defined by compassion, innovation, and leadership.
Nanette's professional and non profit journey is marked by significant achievements, not the least of which is the invention of Happi Tummi, an award-winning product that has brought relief and happiness to more than 1.5 Million babies and parents worldwide, the support and fundraising for many national non profit organizations and the presentation of $100,000 to the MS on the Jerry Lewis Telethon. Her commitment to the support of others is evident in her leadership and entrepreneurial spirit for philanthropy and now she has founded A Happy Hero Foundation to help those who desperately need it. |

The future belongs to those who dare to envision it. Jim Ballidis has spent his life proving that great visionaries don’t just see the future; they build it.
Jim is a visionary, author, patented inventor, and speaker dedicated to helping individuals, businesses, and communities craft and achieve bold, transformative futures. Jim’s thought leadership has been widely recognized, including a feature in Forbes, which described Vision Makers as “a masterclass in strategic foresight and leadership, offering a blueprint for those who seek to shape the future rather than simply react to it.” Jim believes strong community participation creates real change. He has served on the boards of or volunteered with CASA Orange County, United Way Orange County, Big Brothers, the Discovery Science Museum, and most recently, A Happy Hero Foundation. |
